The Yeses won by a landslide. MOST want Short and Sweet. If you were a "Yes", you just have to read the TOP 160 characters above like a Twitter Tweet from now on.
Yes, I may use 200 characters. Sometimes 80.

How's that for a spandex one-size-fits-all solution???
Mary's Floor - War and Peace Version
Here's what happened.
Mary emailed us reporting an ugly residue after cleaning her kitchen tile floor.
What's KEY in her initial email is she mentioned "the tile floor looked BETTER than it has in a long time, including the grout - there was just this *residue*" she didn't like.
If you don't rinse Stain Solver well, you can get a white powder residue. That's the soda ash in the product. It's harmless and wipes up with no effort.
I emailed Mary asking if we could talk on the phone.
She said, "Of course!"
It turns out it wasn't a white powder. The tile looked blotchy and it was "rough and sticky".
A big grin came to my face immediately. Mary couldn't see my grin since we were on the phone.
"Mary, by any chance do you use a Swiffer mop and the Swiffer liquid spray cleaner on your tile floor?"
"Oh, yes! I probably use it several times a WEEK!"
"Well, I believe that's your problem. I don't have the resources to operate a scientific testing lab, but my wife bought a Swiffer for our floors. After using it ONE TIME, I could tell it was leaving behind a film on the floor - sort of a low-grade polish of sorts.
Mary, here's what I think happened to you. Each time you use the Swiffer, I'm convinced you put layer after layer after layer of a very thin clear coating on the floor.
If you're not getting the floor completely clean each time, then the NEXT LAYER of clear coating from the Swiffer liquid cleaner locks in the dirt from the last time.
After a while, your floor starts to look duller and duller."
Mary replied, "I did sort of notice that AND once I used Stain Solver a second time, the floor looked fantastic. I had FORGOTTEN what the tile looked like originally."
Stain Solver will easily strip off any residue from the Swiffer mops.
Mary's floor was rough and sticky because her FIRST application of Stain Solver had yet to cut through ALL the layers of the Swiffer residue.
Once she used Stain Solver a second time, the residue was GONE and the tile floor looked the BEST it has in YEARS.
All you have to do is just get the Swiffer residue off and use Stain Solver in your traditional mop water. You'll NEVER have to scrub your grout again once you get it clean the first time.
The KEY is to use Stain Solver weekly when you mop your floor.
Do you have a problem? I'll do a PHONE autopsy with you any time. You just have to email me and I'll call you.
