January 28, 2015: Newsletter
I've got two quick things for you today.
First, after my last message to you, I received several emails from other Stain Solver customers about them having a hard time getting Stain Solver to dissolve in water.
Kathy and I have never had an issue. We always use warm or hot tap water to mix up what we use around our home.
You can do a quick test to see how well this works.
Take a clear 12-oz tumbler drinking glass. Fill it with hot tap water. Allow it to sit for 30 seconds to get clear.
Add two TEASPOONS of Stain Solver.
Stir for a minute. Don't cheat. At the end of the minute, most of the powder should be dissolved. If you stir for another minute, it should all be in solution.
If you then want to use that solution on blood stains or grass stains, just put it in the freezer to cool down or add some ice to get the temperature down to about 40 F.
DeAnn's Story about Pro Grout Cleaners
I just received this great story from Deann Hathaway:
I feel empowered using Stain Solver on my tile grout since I am saving sooooo much money from calling these pro services that advertise cleaning grout.
One company charged me $250.00 to re-do the grout and it is again showing the mildew and mold. They did clean it, but it lasted only one year!"
Here's what I wrote back to Deann about MINIMIZING mildew growth in shower areas:
1. You need to squeegee down the walls and floors after each shower. Force the water into the drain.
2. Shake off the shower curtain or squeegee down shower doors.
3. Keep the shower curtain OPEN and the bathroom door OPEN to get air into the room so the grout dries as fast as possible.
Water fuels mold and mildew growth, so to STOP it, eliminate water from the surfaces you want to keep clean.
It's that simple!
Thanks for being a Stain Solver customer and help us grow the business by telling your friends about it.
