Shipping Policy

FAQ - Answer to a frequently asked question - Yes, we do ship Stain Solver to our Northern Friends in Canada, eh!

Shipments are prepackaged ready for labels in our distribution center. Stain Solver is shipped the next business day after the order is received. However, if the order is received by 9:00 am ET on a regular M-F business day, it will be shipped that day. Orders received after 9:00 am ET will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments originate from the upper Midwest if you want to calculate ground shipment times to your address. You can do that by going to www.ups.com. To calculate the shipping time, use 60455 as the shipping origin zip code.

If you place an order after 9:00 am on a Friday, that order will not be shipped until the following Monday. If you live at the far reaches of our great nation where normal ground shipping to you takes a minimum of 5 days and order late in the week, your order may take up to nine days to get to you because of the two weekends that occur between when you ordered and when you receive it.

Stain Solver shipments can not be sent via air to expedite delivery. Stain Solver orders are required to be shipped by ground, and ground only, per Federal regulations. All Stain Solver orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipment are not made on the major U.S. holidays, including the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, nor on the weekends.

Shipping Costs, as calculated by the shopping cart, are an exact rate from our distribution center to your shipping address for any UPS zone within the USA. The shipping rate is calculated in real time as soon as you enter your shipping address and ask for a shipping rate quote or you proceed directly to the checkout screen.

For any Stain Solver order that is shipped outside the contiguous U.S., you could be charged additional fees, such as local taxes and brokerage fees. These are added by some carriers. The additional fees are not calculated in our shipping charges. Contact your local customs department to determine if there will be additional charges for your shipment, before placing your order. 

Stain Solver can only be shipped by ground and only to the contiguous United States and Canada. Regulations prohibit Stain Solver from being shipped via air. We can not ship to Hawaii nor Alaska.
